Sara Basham is a professional with experience in various facets of Business Development in the Real Estate, Leisure, and Hospitality industries. With over 20 years in Management, Sales, and Marketing, she decided to apply her knowledge and experience in project conception, development, and consultation establishing Mind’s Eye Enterprises Incorporated (MEE, Inc).   Before MEE, Inc Sara worked in residential Real Estate sales and investments, obtaining her Mortgage Broker License in 2005 and her Real Estate Broker license in 2006. Working with companies such as Marriott International, Tandberg Television, and ICT Wholesale Tour Operator, allowed her to acquire valuable knowledge of the Central Florida tourism and hospitality industry, as well as international characteristics and trends.   Born in Panama City, Panama, Sara obtained a full scholarship through high honors for her undergraduate degree. She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Tourism and Hospitality, from the University of Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama. She relocated to Florida where she has also received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2003. She also holds a Residential Staging Specialist Certification.   

John P. Basham is a highly respected leader with a strong ethical foundation known for developing trust and transparency to build high performance, results driven teams. His expertise includes P & L management, value stream management, and engineering. He has proven leadership around increasing productivity, managing costs and improving operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. His latest professional experience includes Site Leader/Director of Manufacturing at Pall Corporation, where he was responsible for the site generating over $70 million in revenue. During his 19 year career with the company, he also worked as a Facilities Engineering Manager and Project Engineer. Prior to Pall Corporation, he worked for Puroflow Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. John obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Orlando in 2003, and his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Northrop University in Los Angeles, California in 1991.

Maria G. Mendoza holds an impressive educational and professional background that includes over 25 years of and experience in the finance, business management and development fields. She was born and raised in Panama City, Panama and relocated to Florida in 2011. She received her Bachelor of Finance from the University Santa Maria La Antigua in 1987 and her Degree in Corporate Management in 1999. She obtained her Master of Business Administration in 2001. In addition, she received her Law Degree from University Santa Maria La Antigua in 2006. She has worked for large international corporations such as Torrecom, BellSouth of Panama, Telefonica Moviles and Chase Bank, holding positions as General Manager, Site Acquisition & Administration Manager, Purchasing Manager, Administrative Services Manager, Efficiency Expert and Legal Consultant. 

Javier A. Mendoza is an IT Professional with over 20 years of experience in several information technologies and applications. His professional skills include working knowledge of operating systems, network operation systems and programming; as well as hardware, software and databases. He has earned several certificates such as Microsoft System Administrator, Wireless and IP Support Specialist, IP Communication Technician and Computer Repairer and Installer from Seminole State College of Florida in Sanford, Florida. In addition, he obtained a Visual Basic Certificate from the IBM/GBM Technology Institute in Panama City of Panama.
